Upon receiving your application, you will be contacted by a fest representative to go over your application and discuss pricing details. Submitting this form DOES NOT guarantee or confirm your spot in this festival. All applications are presented in front of the Festival Board and Pumpkin Patch Festival reserves the right to reject any application.
The cost for a food vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A food vendor space includes a tent and electricity for all four days of the festival. Upon receipt of your application a festival representative will contact you. If your application is accepted you will be required to fill out a Village of Summit application as well as provide additional licenses and health inspection reports. Each food vendor is also required to provide a certificate of insurance for this event.
The cost for a vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A vendor space includes a 10x10 or 10x20 tent with basic electricity for all days of the festival.
